- Sorting of all incoming mail
- Delivery of incoming and picking up outgoing mail (4 routes twice a day)
- Research and rerouting of misrouted/improperly addressed mail

ISPA manages and operates the CDC Central Mail Facility, a full-service mail facility serving the CDC headquarters complex in Atlanta. This effort covers both US Postal Service and various express mail carriers. Normal activities include the following tasks:
