ISPA is a dynamic, rapidly growing information technology services firm specializing in systems engineering, management services, document management, and imaging products and services. ISPA maintains offices in Atlanta and Warner Robins, Georgia, and Clearwater, Florida. In addition, ISPA has an operating location in Anniston, Alabama. Lantz A. Balthazar, President and CEO, a certified data processing professional and retired Air Force officer, founded the company in Atlanta, Georgia in 1983.

ISPA's business development program and growth strategy is organized around three business divisions: ISPA's Systems Engineering Division provides systems and software engineering, logistics and technical management support, and document automation support to the various agencies and departments within the Department of Defense. The DocMaestro Division provides our clients with the tools, technology, services, and support to create and deliver intelligent electronic documents, and The Technical & Management Services Division providing essential services to government and commercial customers.
